About Aumsong
Embodied Relationship Facilitator | Inner Alchemy Guide
Rooted in Nature, Guided by Experience
Born on the rugged, windswept coast of British Columbia, I was raised by the elements—shaped by the wildness of ocean, forest, and sky. Nature was my first teacher, showing me how to listen deeply, feel truthfully, and return to the body when the world felt too much. This foundational connection still informs everything I do.
At 18, a Jin Shin Do acupressure workshop changed the trajectory of my life. It opened a doorway into somatic awareness and revealed the profound truth that our emotional, physical, and energetic experiences are inseparably linked. That spark ignited a lifelong journey of transformation—one that has taken me through shadow, heartbreak, awakening, and deep integration.
My Journey as the Work
Like many of those I now support, I’ve walked through the fire of inner disconnection and relational rupture. I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the longing to be loved, to numb your truth, to carry unhealed wounds into partnerships, and to forget the body’s wisdom. These experiences are not just part of my story—they’ve been my greatest teachers.
This is my version of the Hero’s Journey: not one of conquest, but of surrender. Of coming home. Again and again. Each time shedding what is false, each time choosing to meet myself more honestly. This path has taught me how to hold space for others with presence, humility, and fierce compassion.
My Approach
I work at the intersection of embodiment, relationship, and emotional alchemy. My containers are designed to help you:
Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and intuition
Explore vulnerability as a portal to deeper connection
Heal relational patterns and childhood imprints
Cultivate emotional regulation and nervous system resilience
Reclaim pleasure, sensuality, and authentic self-expression
I guide individuals and couples toward profound self-awareness, embodied pleasure, and authentic connection. By embracing radical responsibility and dissolving the energetic blockages that separate us from our hearts, I help you reclaim personal power and celebrate your unique, sacred essence—unlocking the freedom to live, love, and express your true self.
Healing Childhood Wounds in Relationship
Drawing on my own healing journey—including the repair of early relational wounds—I understand how our past shapes our ability to love and be loved. This insight fuels my passion for working with couples. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed spaces for partners to move through pain together and transform it into a foundation for lasting intimacy and growth.

“It is only through accepting inevitable sadness that true joy is possible. Sadness is the transforming medium in our lives that allows us to meld our rigidity, our longing for security, stability, and assurance, with the inevitability of change and the need for growth. The challenge is to accept our inescapable vulnerability and to embrace the experience of sadness when it comes, as the release necessary to living healthily with change.”
