I just wanted to say thank you again for such a lovely day. One thing that I really liked was the slow pace, it gave us lots of time to really unwind and relax.  It didn’t feel like we had this tight agenda, and felt much more fluid and authentic than other retreats I’ve gone on. All of the activities were great, full body self massage (I’ve never touched myself like that before), breathing and connecting to my yoni and the element release, (which I would love to look at again).

The final part of the day was incredibly beautiful, and I really enjoyed showing so much love and affection towards the other women and their bodies. I feel pretty confident in my physical body and what I would have loved was reassurance on other parts of me other than physical. But I’m not sure how that would actually work so I’m just thinking out loud.  Overall it was a very positive experience and I left feeling restored and grounded. I appreciate you inviting me into your home and feeding me such delicious food!!
